Welcome to Courser Farm Kitchen!

I specialize in gluten free and vegan baking in a State of New Hampshire licensed kitchen located in the small town of Warner.  I learned to bake from both of my grandmothers and enjoy veganizing the recipes that they passed down to me. 

Courser Farm has been in the family for over 100 years and has put over 1200 acres under conservation.  Right now the land is used to grow corn, pumpkins and a variety of fruits and vegetables.  In the spring the Maple trees are tapped for maple syrup which I use in my granola and Maple Walnut blondies.  The fields are mowed for hay in the summer and the wood lots provide cord wood in the winter. 

I offer my cookies, blondies, brownies, and granola at local cafes, farmers markets and the farm stand (July through October). I take special orders for cakes, cupcakes, breads and rolls.
